Here's how to change some (or all) of the information about a person on an existing account. This process begins by finding the account containing the person whose information will be changed.
1. Find the account containing the person by using one of the following:
2. Regardless of how you get to the account, the detail account screen for that customer will be displayed.
3. Left-click on the tab.
4. This will display the people on that account window.
5. Left-click the button.
6. Move the cursor to the field(s) you want to change and key in the change(s).
7. When you're done, left-click the close button to return to the Lynx Main Menu.
