Overview of Inventory Functions

The "Inventory" functions can be accessed in two different ways from the Lynx Main Menu.

One way is to left-click on the Inventory button shown above.

The other way is to left-click on the word Inventory on the Menu Bar.

Either way, a drop-down menu will appear that shows you the Inventory-related functions. Simply left-click on the one you want and the system will take you there.

The Inventory functions cover four different categories of activity relative to your inventory:

  1. Your products, product prices, and taxes associated with these products.
  2. The quantity of products on hand.
  3. The cost of your products (Cost Of Goods sold).
  4. Inventory reports and graphs.

Here are the functions available to you in each of these categories.
